About SmartLotto
SmartLotto (smartlotto.co) is an Australian-based online platform that provides lottery analysis tools, historical draw data, AI-powered prediction engines, number generators, and educational resources. SmartLotto is designed to assist users in making informed decisions about lottery entries.
Financial & Gambling Disclaimer
SmartLotto does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. Any information, analysis, predictions, or tools provided on the platform are general in nature and do not take into account your personal circumstances, financial situation, or individual objectives.
You are solely responsible for any decisions you make, including any lottery purchases made through third-party providers. SmartLotto accepts no liability for any financial loss, damage, or other consequence arising from your use of the platform or reliance on any information provided.
No Affiliation with Lottery Operators
SmartLotto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any official lottery operators, including but not limited to The Lott, Tatts, Tattersalls, NSW Lotteries, or any international lottery organisations including but not limited to the EuroMillions consortium.
SmartLotto does not sell lottery tickets and is not a lottery operator. Any lottery tickets must be purchased separately through authorised official lottery retailers or licensed operators. SmartLotto has no involvement in, or responsibility for, any lottery ticket transactions.
Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using any part of the SmartLotto platform, you confirm that:
- You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions;
- You have read and agree to our Privacy Policy;
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SmartLotto. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must meet the following criteria to use SmartLotto:
- You must be at least 18 years of age;
- You must reside in a jurisdiction where accessing lottery analysis tools is lawful;
- You must not be prohibited from receiving services under the laws of Australia or any other applicable jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person or entity at our sole discretion.
Accounts & Registration
To access certain features of SmartLotto, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
- Maintain and promptly update your account information;
- Keep your password secure and confidential;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account;
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
You may not create more than one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be shared with any other person.
Membership Plans & Billing
SmartLotto offers the following membership plans:

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include any applicable GST. By purchasing a membership, you authorise SmartLotto to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
Membership fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle. Your plan will automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
SmartLotto reserves the right to modify pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of any price changes to existing subscribers before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
If a payment cannot be processed, SmartLotto may suspend or restrict access to your account until payment is successfully completed.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access to your plan features until that date.
Refund Policy: All membership fees are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and we will assess your request in good faith.
Acceptable Use
When using SmartLotto, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its related systems;
- Scrape, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content, data, or tools from the platform without prior written permission;
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access, query, or extract data from the platform;
- Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials or membership access to any other person;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
- Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful material;
- Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any of these provisions.
If your account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, you may forfeit any remaining subscription period without refund.
Intellectual Property
All content on the SmartLotto platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, algorithms, prediction engines, data models, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the exclusive property of SmartLotto and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
The following are proprietary to SmartLotto and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission:
- Quantum Mirror Engine™ (QME)
- Rhythm & Gap Synchronization Framework™ (RGSF)
- Cherry Pick Engine™
- Neural Network AI Strategy (NNAS)
- All associated scoring methodologies, weighting systems, and analytical frameworks
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SmartLotto provides its platform and all content on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We do not warrant that:
- The platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components;
- Any predictions, analyses, or generated numbers will result in lottery wins;
- The accuracy or completeness of any data, statistics, or content on the platform;
- The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.
Lottery games are games of chance. SmartLotto's tools are designed to provide statistical insights only and cannot predict or influence lottery outcomes. You use all information provided on this platform entirely at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SmartLotto and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities;
- Losses arising from your reliance on any content, prediction, or tool provided on the platform;
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to SmartLotto in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy
Your use of SmartLotto is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

The SmartLotto platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. These links are provided for your convenience only.
SmartLotto has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
Modifications to Terms
SmartLotto reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify registered users of any material changes by:
- Posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date; and
- Sending an email notification to your registered email address for material changes.
Your continued use of the platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and cancel your membership if applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
Users accessing the platform from outside Australia are responsible for compliance with their local laws regarding lottery analysis tools and related services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
