Exceptions: If you experience a significant technical failure that prevents you from accessing the platform for an extended period due to our error, please contact us and we will assess your situation in good faith.

Failed payments: If a payment cannot be processed, your account access may be suspended until payment is successfully completed. We will notify you by email if a payment fails.

Disputes: If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us at info@smartlotto.com.au before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.
